HON. OLUGBENGA GBARADA.

Gbarada Olugbenga graduated with B.Tech. in Biochemistry. He studied Peace and Conflict Studies at Master’s and PhD level. He is a seasoned Mediator, Conflict Management Practitioner, Trainer and Management Consultant. He has organized and facilitated many conflict management trainings for several organizations and bodies within and outside the country. He has participated in several courses in conflict management and peacebuilding in various institutions around the world and facilitated several others. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Dispute Resolution Academy (DRA). He is also the Executive Director “Initiative for Peacebuilding and Social Change” (IPSC).

He is a member of the following professional bodies;

Fellow, Institute of Mediators Chartered and Conciliator (ICMC), Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Associate, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb), Associate, Conflict Management and Leadership Training Institute, (CMLTI) Canada, Member, Society for Peace Studies and Practice(SPSP).  He is on the training faculties of Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliator (ICMC) and HR Exponentials etc.

 Gbarada is a scholar with several publications in both local and International Journals.
