Mission

To provide requisite skills and resources for managing differences, for promoting peace and harmonious coexistence at home, at work and in the society at large through conflict management and mediation skills training and the promotion of mediation and other non-adversarial methods of dispute resolution in private and public sector practice; establishment of Multi-Door Courthouses and Mediation Centres – thereby enhancing team-work and increased productivity in organizations and ensuring efficacy in our justice delivery system.
