OLUWAFISAYO STEPHEN AYITA is a young and energetic man with not only good communication skills but also effective disputes resolutions skills as a chartered mediator and conciliator. These skills help him builds and sustains relationships. He believes in using audience therapy in clients’ management cum empathy which he generously gives to assuage those that comes his path a soothing end. As a legal practitioner, teacher, chartered Arbitrator and chartered Tax Accountant, he believes in human empowerment through proper training and education. He is a team player and result oriented at minimum cost. He is on a panel of neutrals of the Abuja Multi-door Courthouse (AMDC).

He is currently Director of Training at Mediation Training Institute (MTI-Nigeria) and National Training Coordinator for Nigerian Law School on ADR for ICMC.

Fisayo’s professional Conflict Management experiences for more than three years focus on non-adversarial methods of dispute resolutions and appropriate conflict prevention and management mechanisms in Mediation, Conciliation, Arbitration, Counselling and strategic Negotiation with deep understanding and application of other spectrum of Alternative Dispute Resolutions. He has trained 14,800 Youth in National Service (NYSC) on How To Prevent Violent Conflicts in their places of primary assignment, 2,304 lawyers of the Nigerian Law School students in professional ADR Course for certification of Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), many sitting high court judges, magistrates, and so many in legal profession, union bodies, law agents, traditional council, Market women, International NGOs personnel in excess of a thousand for Accreditation and Certification of both MTI and ICMC. These trainings are conducted in different parts and zones of Nigeria even up to the conflict ridden Nigeria North East, North West and North Central.

He was at one time for seven years 2019-2016 trainer for professional accountancy certification including for membership of institute of chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN). He had trained for professional qualification of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

Fisayo is a member of many professional bodies ;Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria (CITN), Maritime Arbitration Association of Nigeria (MAAN) , Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) to mention but a few. He is an MTI Certified Mediator.
